How It Works
Do I need to have RV experience before renting?
Absolutely not. Whether you’re a first time camper or an experienced outdoors person, every one of our RV’s are
very simple to use and enjoy. FYI We LOVE newbies! As part of our convenient roundtrip delivery service, we set
everything up so you can just unpack, move in, and start your adventure as soon as you arrive. You’ll be a
seasoned pro in no time.
Do the RV’s have air conditioning and heat?
Yes, all of our RV’s come installed with multiple heavy duty air conditioning units for the warmer seasons and a
furnace for those cold days and nights. Each RV also has a fireplace in the main living area if you like it extra
toasty. For better climate control, we always recommend keeping the doors closed.
Do we need to bring our own bedding, blankets, pillows, and towels?
From comfy bedding to blankets, pillows, and towels – it’s all included! No need to pack anything extra. Unless
you have a special blankie – then of course, we get it.
Do the RV’s have bathrooms?
Every RV comes equipped with a full bathroom including a hot shower sink with great water pressure, and a
residential style toilet. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of premium towels for you
to use throughout your entire stay. Our 5th wheel Cougars also include an additional half bathroom for more
convenience.
Do we need to bring our own kitchen cookware and utensils?
No one wants to pack pots and pans for their getaway, right!? With that in mind, each of our RV’s includes a full
kitchen with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, K-Pod coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, spice
rack, and silverware for 8. Just bring your favorite food and drinks! We also include plates, bowls, cups,
wineglasses, mugs, salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, dish detergent, and more. Most of our RV’s also have
an outdoor fridge for easy access to adult (and kid!) beverages and condiments.
Does the RV have Wi-Fi?
Depending on the campsite, Wi-Fi is often included through the campground’s network. For a minimal fee, we
also can provide high speed mobile hotspots. Please click on the mobile spot ADD-ON OPTION prior to
completing your booking.
How often do the RV’s get cleaned and sanitized?
When it comes to cleanliness, we cut no corners. Before and after each guest, each RV is fully cleaned,
disinfected, sanitized, and laundered, including all bedding, towels, surfaces, and black/grey tanks. Whether it’s
a 2 night stay or a 2 week reservation, we reset and clean EVERYTHING. Every. Single. Time. No exceptions.
However, by nature (pun intended!) camping usually takes place where there’s a lot of trees and dirt, so we
always recommend shoes off when inside the RV for maximum campsite comfort.
Do you deliver the RV?
Yes, we deliver up to 200 miles away. We only charge one-way, but this includes roundtrip delivery and pickup.
On the booking page, you’ll see flat delivery fees to many of our guests’ favorite campgrounds.
What happens if we need assistance during our stay?
Throughout your entire stay, our trained team of RV professionals is always on call 24/7 to make sure you have a
wonderful experience. From answering any questions via phone to providing on-site support, our team is
ALWAYS available to you. Most questions can be easily answered with a quick call, but if not we will see you at
the campsite to make sure we keep you a happy camper!
What if my campsite doesn’t include a full hookup of electric, water, and sewer?
No worries! As part of our ADD-ON OPTIONS, we offer 30amp and 50amp generators that can power the RV. We
also can deliver the RV with a full tank of freshwater at no additional cost.
What else is included in the RV?
All our RV’s are fully stocked with everything you need to have an unforgettable camping trip including
bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, pots & pans, camp chairs, hammock, smart TV’s, boardgames, fireplace, led
lighting, outdoor rug, solar lighting, camp lantern and more. Plus we have fun ADD-ON OPTIONS including fire
pits, outdoor movie theater kits, golf carts, bicycles, additional camp chairs, tents, and more. Also available is
easy and convenient roundtrip delivery with a full set-up, so you arrive to a fantastic campsite ready to enjoy as
soon as you arrive.
How did RVida Life start?
Up until 2020, our family had a very successful premium vacation rental business based in Miami, NYC, and Los
Angeles. Over the course of 10+ years, we served over 50,000 guests and earned well over 6,000 five star
reviews. Then 2020 happened. With the new reality the world faced, our family began camping A LOT, mostly at
our favorite campground Disney Fort Wilderness. One night, over the course of a campfire smores-athon, RVida
Life was born. Over the last 4 years, we couldn’t be prouder of the memories we’ve helped other families create
through a wonderful RV camping experience. We started with our first bunkhouse RV, The Bunker and continue
to add more amazing RV’s to our fleet.
